Acceptance of these terms

By using the TPI portal you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the portal.

The service

The portal at tpinvest.ai is a single TPI account and directory. It brings together TPI's construction-technology services and holds an access registry that records which of them an account may open. The services available to an account are shown after sign-in.

The portal does not process payments. It does not run marketing analytics, and it does not carry third-party advertising.

Accounts and eligibility

You may hold one authenticated account, held in your own name. Provide accurate information and keep it current.

• Keep your credentials secure and do not share them.
• Tell TPI without delay if you believe an account has been used without your permission.
• The portal is intended for professional and business use, not for general consumers.
• TPI grants, and may decline or withdraw, access to the portal and to individual services at its discretion.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• attempt unauthorised access to the portal, or to any system reached through it;
• probe, scan, overload or otherwise interfere with the portal;
• scrape or extract its content by automated means, except where TPI has provided a documented way to do so;
• misrepresent your identity, or your authority to act for another person or organisation.

Use the portal lawfully, and only for its intended purpose.

Access grants and roles

The services you can open through the portal are determined by access grants. Grants originate in TPI's own services and are reflected here. An administrator may adjust them.

A grant is an operational permission to use a service through the portal. It is not a contractual entitlement to that service. Where a service has its own terms, those terms continue to apply.

Intellectual property

The TPI name and marks, and the content of the portal, remain the property of TPI. Access to the portal does not transfer any rights in that property beyond the permission to use the portal set out here.

Availability and changes

The portal is provided as-is and as-available. Features, services and access may be added, changed or withdrawn. TPI does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TPI is not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the portal or the services reached through it.

Suspension and termination

TPI may suspend or revoke access at any time, including where an account breaches these terms or is no longer eligible. When access ends, your grants cease to be effective through the portal.

Ending access does not affect rights or obligations that arose before it ended.

Changes to these terms

TPI may update these terms from time to time. The current version is posted here, with the last-updated date shown above. Continued use after a change amounts to acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of Abu Dhabi have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
